The Sydney based regions of the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program support a number of Vocational Support Networks (VSNs) in the Sydney metropolitan area. The VSNs were originally started and organised by Department of Education Support Teacher Transition (STTs) to bring together stakeholders involved in the transition process for school leavers with disability. As the networks grew in strength, steering committees were established to help ensure the sustainability of the networks.

The 5^th National Aboriginal Wellbeing Conference will feature Aboriginal Speakers and workshops from a range of areas, all of which have experience and expertise in working with and providing services to Aboriginal Families.
