The Disability Gateway provides information and referrals for people with disability who need help because of coronavirus (COVID-19).

The Helpline can help families, carers, support workers and services, too. 

You can contact the Helpline in the following ways:

  • Phone (free call): 1800 643 787
  • If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, call the National Relay Service on 1800 555 677 and ask to be connected to the Disability Gateway.
  • If you need information in a language other than English, call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 and ask to be connected to the Disability Gateway.
  • Or view the website at Disability Gateway

The Helpline is available Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm (AEDT)
